Tim Speer > This is the old stone railroad bridge in Roscoe, IL. Built in 1882, a gravel bike path now travels over it.
Tim Speer > People often ask me how I am able to photograph lightning (obviously naive to the whole "keeping the shutter open thing") and I have them convinced that I have this internal timer that is in direct syncopation with nature and instantly tells me when lightning will strike and when to push the shutter release. Let's keep this one under our hats.
